Hi, I am sending this message in regards to the body moisturizer I ordered from eBay. The incompetent delivery guy dropped it at the entrance of my door.

Probably someone picked it up, which showed delivery. He just dropped it at the entrance and left, without anyone receiving it.

Incompetent dispatchers ,my parcel was stolen,it was left at the entrance of my house ,I am yet to get a feedback

My photo of my background check wasn't visible, so I had to take another photo and a new picture of my driver's license.

I'm still waiting to get a response, I still haven't got my package I have tried for refund through Temu they denied because keep saying logistics 100% sure it was delivered here my question is where? Because wasn't delivered here all I want to do is to resolve this just do refund or resend it use different courier.

Trading Standards Act 2015 they are where and to top up I have sent it letter for court action. Where does it say was signed for where proof like I have said nothing here.

I ordered 2 items on the 24th of December. The first was supposedly delivered but I never received it.

The second one Amazon has had since the 31st of December. I keep asking what's going on and haven't received one response from them. I'm very disappointed in them.

I might add I am completely turned off of buying online because there's no point. You never get what you ordered!

Package says delivered but was not delivered. There is camera on the mail box. Driver never delivered my package

I received a notification saying my package was delivered open the door and nothing went to the back and ones again nothing, my question is where did my package went. I was told was signed for my question is who signed for because wasn't me I was even denied my refund because of your records. My question is where the GPS collection and proof of the signature.

Trading Standards are where my next time is court action as I aint going to pay for something I didn't receive.

The address is correct but where the package as I have ask all my neighbours and I been around houses to check and nothing.

The delivery address is wrong... And I was wondering mixed up the address because I know I entered my address correct...

I spent all day waiting for the delivery, and one minute before, they just sent me a message attempt that nobody was home. They didn't even come to my building's front door.

I was watching the intercom's camera to open the door. Tomorrow, I have to spend my day waiting again!

I got phone call but didn't say anything. This is not the first time!

Can you tell me where my parcel is? You said it has been delivered. The email I received says, 'Your package was left in the mail slot today at 05:16 PM.' Can you provide a photo of the delivery?

The number goes to a message service that is already full. Like all companies now, they don't want to talk to customers anymore.

I've been having trouble with my delivery instructions not being followed. I've already talked to people from logistics, and they told me they would take care of this.

Did not receive my package they said was delivered to my front porch yesterday. They delivered it to the wrong house obviously.

Please let me know the next step to resolve this issue.

Your drivers have called me four different times about needing to make a delivery asking for an apartment number. When I ask who theyre delivering to its always too Hispanic names, sometimes male sometimes female, and they live in Sacramento.

My phone and I are not in Sacramento nor am I the person that theyre looking for I dont know if this is real or if its fake trying to get information but I appreciate it if youre correct the issue the phone number that they keep blowing up is 530-648-**** and my name is Mary McKinnis.

Maybe you can correct the problem. Id appreciate it.
