Problem with Deliveries

Several years ago, I purchased a Parcel Box from Amazon. I mounted it to a concrete base next to the driveway and painted the top RED.

I put white stickers on the top of the box that says 'PARCEL BOX". Only about 40% of the time are my parcels from Amazon left in this parcel box. Tonight, I received two packages from Amazon. The driver walked right past the parcel box and left the item on my front porch IN THE RAIN!

This is not the first time this has happened.

This would probably not be a problem if Amazon would add a line in the Delivery Instructions that says "DELIVER TO PARCEL BOX". Amazon sells Parcel Boxes but does not have that as an option for the delivery options. This is careless and needs to be corrected.

I had a very rude driver tell me a few years ago that he could get FIRED if he used a parcel box.

I called and spoke with a CS person who assured me that the young man was mistaken. However, 60% or so of the drivers avoid parcel boxes like the plague.

User's recommendation: Until Amazon corrects the deficit in the delivery options, do not waste your money on a parcel box. Your packages will still get rained, hailed, and snowed on.

Swiship delivered an empty package that was ripped open. I have video surveillance of them delivering my ripped open, empty package. In the attached video, you can see that the delivery person is attempting to hide the ripped side of my package, but because it is an envelope, it flops around and my camera caught the underside of the package. Does anyone know how I can file a claim? Please help me.

Package not delivered to correct address

Delivery driver delivered to a completely different address than on file. Indicate it was given to me but I wad at work and he delivered on a Sunday to a closed business. Amazon has been zero help although I provided undisputed physical evidence that it was not possible for the driver to have delivered to my address. They want me to take off work and file a police. Their driver stole my expensive xbox external drive. I want the driver fired and arrested. Also no picture of delivery.

Placed order on 3/21 with estimated delivery 3/25. Ships through until 3/25, on the morning of 3/25 it was scanned in at the local Amazon Logistics, on 3/26 scanned in again then said delayed delivery. On 3/27 scanned in again, delayed delivery est. 3/29. 3/28 called its on its way call on 3/30. Call on 3/30 to find out its just lost cancel and well refund you. You can purchase it again and the price increase was $117.00 from 3/21 to 3/30. Thanks to Amazon for costing me an additional $117

Apparently I am not hirable for Amazon logistics. I got told today that I can't be hired for the same reason I was fired at the last DSP I worked for.

Because I didn't have a good opinion about their dog policy. My trainer evidently told HR that I didn't believe in it and shouldn't be an employee ever. In context, what I had said about it was it lacked a good delivery on what the policy is about. Them(Amazon Logistics) treating all dogs, as a whole, as violent killing machines and can't be trusted in any and all situations might not be the best way to handle it.

I simply said I wasn't happy with the delivery of the policy, not that I didn't agree with why they have it. And as such I was fired from my previous DSP and completely unhirable at any other DSP's in the future. I mean, if you judged any person based by the action of a few whether it be by race or religion, I could imagine a lot of people might take offense to that down the road. Same with any animal rights activist down the road, but I hope this lands in the right person's or group's lap, and they rip Amazon Logistics a new one for it.

For reference, it all took place at the Bristol, VA location and the first DSP was Strategic Logistics as well as the Trainer's Name was Sherry. Don't know her last name, but I'm sure the right person(s) can figure it out. I've been turned down plenty of times for lack of experience, or certification, but never have I ever been fired and made completely unhirable over a personal opinion that caused nobody any grief or harm.

I'd like to think this falls under wrongful termination or not hiring someone based on their beliefs, but I don't know or pretend to know everything. If it does and people think I have a strong enough case, let me know, I will sue them for everything they're worth.

This is a scam company with employees who do fake deliveries, and then tell the company that hired them they made the delivery and tie your hands when you try to tell a company you never received your item. The world gets crazier and crazier, I hope they pull a fake delivery on the wrong person.

* I placed an order on 13 February 2024 because the seller was Amazon.com.tr itself (Amazon.com.tr order # 402-042****-873****)

* On 14 February 2024, I received an e-mail that your order was sent.

* There was a notification in the application that it would be delivered by 11 pm on Friday 16 February.

* But when I queried MNG Cargo-DHL with the tracking number, I received a return as 'the product is expected to be delivered to us' and I still receive the same notification. (

* When I contacted customer service, they stalled me for 1 week saying 'Your order is in the warehouse, it will be shipped today'.

But AMAZON could not ship the order. I contacted AMAZON customer service every day, but the situation is the same, there is no result. Where is Amazon's customer satisfaction policy?
