There was a duplicate order; one said I needed to be there or use a pin/password. The other did not indicate this.
I canceled the one with the extra requirements. I recently received an air conditioner priced over $1,000 with no additional requirements and don't understand the need for this very inconvenient step. The order was even checked this morning, but as I stood in the living room, I watched the driver take his photo. I went outside to get the dishwasher, and it was not there.
The call was blocked by Malware Bytes - it is marked as a known scammer. I immediately called the known scammer number, and it refers you back to Amazon. The rep said they cannot contact the driver; I wanted them to come back! Apparently, they do not bother to reach out to their own logistics company.
After basically begging and being told they know what the manager says (someone is getting a demerit for passing the call to a manager, that's not okay when you're a customer), a manager finally came on the line and was as unhelpful as the rep. I had to drill him to get the complaint sent to the logistics company.
When questioned how he can contact them with my complaint but can't contact them to have the driver return, he stuttered a bit and said that's how it is. Worthless.

I’m pissed I want to speak with someone the driver had the audacity to not even have the common courtesy to bring the package to the front door but just threw it behind the building in the fire escape

I still havent re received my package. Im tired of loosing money. TIKTOK use Amazon logistics to deliver my package. How did they place my package in an Amazon locker but do not give an access code to retrieve my page.

I was contacted about my package being delivered at 1447 Beach avenue. Delivery person stated that he could not deliver to the Amazon locker.

I was in my backyard and 2 dogs were in yard confined by invisible fence. I heard dogs barking out front but nothing more.
We live in woods so lots of wildlife. I then see tracking messages about pet interference. Always had dogs lived her 35 years. Many packages.
First I have had delivery refused. I have had one package left in drive by the dogs obvious fence line. I’ve had drivers blow the horn and I’d come out - these idiots did nothing and I was right in the yard!!! Really!
Oh in older days, dogs used to hop in UPS truck to ride. And, drivers often have dog biscuits.
Obviously, the person who came to my house was afraid of dogs. This neighbors got a good laugh about being scared of my 2 big baby mutts.

Damn, they're bad. I've been an Amazon Prime member for 15 years or more and have had more issues with Amazon logistics deliveries in the past few months than I have had in the entire previous 15 years.
Amazon needs to start indicating on their merchandise if they ship with Amazon Logistics so we know not to buy that item. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Amazon Logistics delivered my item from eBay and delivered an empty damaged box. They said they were sorry and would mark it missing, but instead, to cover up, they marked it undeliverable, which left my package in limbo.
Now I lost my item and my money. This is very dishonest because not only can you not contact Amazon Logistics conveniently, they also don't have a phone number.
