What is taking my background so long to be reviewed?I applied for a delivery position with a company who delivers for amazon. Completed background information on the 6th.

Accurate sent over info to Amazon on the 11th. No contact what so ever. I am unable to speak to anyone that knows anything about it. The employer said amazon is reviewing my background and has been since the 6th.

Is there anyone I can speak with about it or to get more info ?

I really need the job. It is very upsetting that there is no one i can speak too, to explain or go over what is going on!

According to the Amazon FAQ page, the DSP program is highly competitive with a limited number of available openings. It might take them months before they are able to get back to you on your application. The email address that you use to apply will be the primary contact method to inform you of your status and next steps.
You can log into the application portal to view the status of your application. If and when your application status updates, you’ll also receive an email informing you of the updated status.

Amazon has negotiated a “flexible lease” option that enables you to lease Amazon-branded vans designed specifically for this program from a third-party fleet management company.

However, if you already have a pre-existing fleet of vehicles, you certainly can use them if the vehicles meet Amazon requirements. Complete vehicle specification requirements will be shared later in the application process.

How could incorrect item get put in my package?I recently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro from the Amazon Renewed store. Today, I received two cans of matte black spray paint instead.

I spoke with Customer Service and I believe the matter will be resolved. However, I want assurances that I will receive a refund once I follow the return steps and send back the order I received. I would also like some answers as to how a mistake this large could happen. I could understand possibly putting the wrong phone in the package.

But I fail to see how 2 $5 cans of spray paint could have been placed in a package that was supposed to contain a $500+ order. They are completely unrelated items with entirely different values. Do you not have any systems in place to ensure things like this don’t happen with costly orders?

Or is it that you turn a blind eye when employees make errors this colossal? Whatever the reason was for this error, I would like an explanation and some accountability.
