The driver listed my package as scanned and hand delivered to me. Well I must be a ghost because I didn’t get it.

Contact Amazon and report the problem. They usually tell you to wait 36 hours because, for some reason when you check the order it may say "delivered" but really is not.

Very odd and confusing, to say the least.

If, after 36 hours you haven't received it, contact Amazon and request either a replacement for the "lost" package or a refund/credit to your credit card-----you did use a credit and not a debit card, didn't you? If you don't receive a good response or action on the part of Amazon, dispute the charge with your card company, but wait to see what Amazon does.

Thanks! Amazon has refunded my money today. It’s too late to reorder and now I lost confidence in the company
